While we are currently in the process of finalizing our 16U team roster we have established our team with a strong pitching and offensive foundation. While many new teams have trouble finding or establishing a good pitching rotation, FUSION 16U has started with that already in place. FUSION Fastpitch is now a BLAST Motion Team! All 16U team members will receive their own Blast Motion sensor to use. This is an exciting new technology that allows players and coaches to record various swing metrics and data. With this data coaches can track and improve a players batting performance. Based on the data specific drills can be implemented if needed to focus on any area's of a player swing that may need attention.

Since FUSION Fastpitch has partnered with BLAST Motion all of our player will receive expert swing analysis from Andrea Duran! Andrea is a professional softball player from Selma, California. Among numerous other accolades she has played college softball at the University of California and won a silver medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics. In a conference with FUSION coaches player swing data metrics will be personally reviewed by Andrea to help our players achieve their highest offensive performance possible!

Tincher Pitching is quickly becoming the gold standard of pitching technique. Currently three of our pitchers are refining their pitching technique under the direction of certified Tincher instructors.

The main goal of FUSION Fastpitch is to help our players play at the next Level. For many players that next level is playing softball in college. We are currently developing a comprehensive College recruitment assistance program to help them achieve their goals.
